When you decide to book Hamlins services, we offer a complimentary first walkthrough. Usually Angie, or another Hamlins caretaker, joins you for a complete typical home watch visit so we can get to know your home together.
We document the full agreed visit with photos, notes and readings, discuss concerns, and help you access your record. Portal use is optional. If you cannot attend, we document the walkthrough and share it through your agreed delivery method.
